fix(hive): Upgrade nimbus-jose-jwt in Hive to fix CVE-2025-53864

Description

This PR upgrades the nimbus-jose-jwt dependency to 9.37.4 in Hive to fix CVE-2025-53864.

TIP: Running integration tests with a new product image

The image can be built and uploaded to the kind cluster with the following commands:

bake --product <product> --image-version <stackable-image-version>
kind load docker-image <image-tagged-with-the-major-version> --name=<name-of-your-test-cluster>

See the output of bake to retrieve the image tag for <image-tagged-with-the-major-version>.

We don't build 4.1.0 yet (https://github.com/stackabletech/docker-images/blob/main/hive/boil-config.toml), but will likely in the future, so LGTM
