This pull request introduces a
setup-cp-vitecommand, which simplifies the process of setting up Vite in your app for Control Panel development.We were previously jamming CP assets into an app's existing
vite.config.jsbut the CP is its own app so it should really have its own Vite config.This command means we no longer need to include the scaffolding for CP assets in
statamic/statamic.
