It looks like AWS is now automatically creating a service-linked role for autoscaling, and changing the
role_arnforaws_appautoscaling_targetsucceeds yet does not actually update to use the new role. This is in line with what the Terraform documentation states. Removing this ARN and associated policy as otherwise this keeps flapping.Also removed a seemingly-unnecessary task definition that was also causing endless diffs. Perhaps it was a workaround for TF <0.12.
