What changes are you introducing?

Users should install Foreman+Katello, Smart Proxies Servers, and external databases on systems that use SSDs.

In "con_determining-hardware-and-operating-system-configuration.adoc", the docs recommend using SSDs.

Why are you introducing these changes? (Explanation, links to references, issues, etc.)

Fixes #4139

Anything else to add? (Considerations, potential downsides, alternative solutions you have explored, etc.)

This patch also renames a file which does not contain a procedure.

The change itself looks okay. It would be better if a proper assembly could be created to store all the modules (con_assembly-intro, con_determining-hardware-etc, the other modules) but that's probably out of scope. Therefore, ack.
