Users should install Foreman+Katello, Smart Proxies Servers, and external databases on systems that use SSDs. In "con_determining-hardware-and-operating-system-configuration.adoc", the docs recommend using SSDs. This match also renames a file which does not contain a procedure. Fixes theforeman#4139
