Paths make sense to me.
Tested with:
~/.nicrc~/.config/theos/nicrc~/.nicrcand~/.config/theos/nicrc(values from the later were used)${XDG_CONFIG_HOME}/theos/nicrcwith a customXDG_CONFIG_HOMEvalue

Disagreed. NIC is a specifically Theos utility, and not the only one with a config file, so all should be in |
