This will lead to less openssl conflicts when linking with client applications who are probably already using openssl.
For context: applications statically linking openssl and linking to Ultralight (static or dynamic) will crash on startup due to mismatching OPENSSL_ia32_cpuid ABI. After discussing with @adamjs we concluded a switch to openssl would be good anyways, since libressl is not gaining much traction and has less support.
