TODO: - Fix up API request/event storing + reading mechanism, currently the oracle re-reads the same events off the smart contract and writes to the db when the API call fails, need to find a way to dedupe - API payloads/calls via move contracts are a bit finicky.. figure out a way to make it easier to make these calls
