  • Refactors pyproject.toml to parse ipython and notebook as optional dependencies, installable with either [ipython] or [notebook]. This fixes an issue where pyvcell is installed environment that already has ipython installed.
  • Adds AxisMetadata, ChannelMetadata, MeshVolumeRegion, MeshMetadata and ZarrMetadata to the pyvcell.data_model.zarr_types module for specification of metadata extracted from Result.zarr_dataset.
  • Adds a metadata @property to the Result class for convenient data introspection.
