I have added a method to set the current value of the bar. it handles the value being below
0and abovetotal. I also added a boolean parameter that overrides the default behavior of progressBar finishing when it reachestotalwhen set tofalse. but the default value istrueto make it conform to the behavior oftick().referencing: Update current value #206
