Description
Prevents content from jumping when the search modal is opened.
Uses modern scrollbar-gutter: stable to reserve scrollbar space in browsers that support it.
Provides a CSS fallback (padding-right with --scrollbar-width variable) so layout remains stable when the body is scroll-locked.
