  • remove some old test/bench files that were accidentally comitted
  • update the ttlcache module dependency
  • change cursorCache to not passively create entries on GetCursor access
  • change authz killCursor behavior to always allow a user to kill cursors in the same session

This way we can more easily check if a cursor exists without
accidentally creating an entry.
