Added info about the configure-react CLI package that helps to create Redux Boilerplate.

  • This CLI package has various use, here for redux it creates action, creators, reducer, store, and also edit index.js file to wrap the Provider around the .
  • Also it helps to create other boiler plate and folder structure like the Axios API folder, Utils folder, Routes folder, and many more.
