Woodstox Release 7.0

Woodstox 7.0 is technically a major version update over 6.x: it is marked as such because of increase in minimum JDK requirements. Woodstox API itself is compatible similar to minor version update (i.e. only additions)
Minimum JDK requirement is JDK 8 (Java 8), instead of Java 6 like in 6.x.
