Summary

Allow users to select a project type within the "Create Project" window

TODOs

  • Redesign window to make the process of creating a project easier to understand (Steppers?)
  • Make project type creation actually work
  • Disable project type selection on mobile
  • Progress indicator for new stepped window
  • Move packs into own tab
  • Create general purpose stepper window
  • Create project can partially overwrite existing project #711
  • Implement new sidebar window status API into stepper window
  • Fix confirm button not showing loading state
