- no multi-arch - default arch should be aarch64 on aarch64. - not tested at all

But use the R versions api.
Need to get a different key from the registry.
(This is only local bookkeeping, the actual choco package was updated a long time ago.)
`whoami::arch()` returns the emulated arch, so it is not good.
